birdnet-go-dev: rebuild against the fixed fork PRs

The 20261006 build failed to compile - the species-workspace PR of the
fork called isSpectrogramFileFor, which it never defined - and the bump
was auto-reverted. The PR now uses the shared specfile grammar
(alexbelgium/birdnet-go e73bca4), so rebuild.
