photoprism: fix permanently unhealthy healthcheck under ingress (#3187)

* photoprism: fix permanently unhealthy healthcheck under ingress (#3183)

photoprism status queries /api/v1/status at the server root, but with
ingress enabled PhotoPrism is served under the ingress sub-path (set via
PHOTOPRISM_SITE_URL in cont-init, which the healthcheck never sees), so
the check always failed. Use the repo's standard curl healthcheck,
without -f so any HTTP response counts as healthy.
