The standalone shim gets sourced into every startup script when the Supervisor cannot be pinged, and in Immich 3.3.5.2 (#3165) that turned each missing function into "command not found": bashio::config.false, log.notice, log.fatal, app.stop and others are called across the repo but were not defined. Add those with two or more call sites (plus the trivial config.is_empty and var.is_empty), following bashio v0.19.0's semantics: config.false only for "false", app.stop/app.restart fail as an unreachable Supervisor would, network addresses per interface. Also stop _bashio_json_get from dropping a boolean false: jq's "// empty" treats false like null, so every "false" option read as unset and config.false could never be true.
