birdnet-go-dev: rebuild 20261016 after fixing fork PRs #63 and #62 (#3122)

Builder runs 38859736308 and 38871670143 failed on amd64 and were
auto-reverted. The first hit a merge conflict in fork PR #63; the second
hit a compile error in fork PR #62, which imported internal/audiocore/convert
after upstream #4604 removed it. Both fork PR branches now have main merged
in, and #62 decodes with go-audio-dsp. Upstream main plus all 12 open fork
PRs builds with go build -tags noembed,skipfrontend ./...
