fix(letta_code): start from / so services don't inherit a deleted cwd (#3147)

Upstream sets WORKDIR /workspace; 20-config_location.sh removes that
directory and replaces it with a symlink to /config/workspace, leaving
the entrypoint and every s6 service with a deleted working directory
(getcwd: cannot access parent directories).
