fix(gazpar2mqtt): clear the version string the updater wrote into PACKAGES (#3104)

The updater replaced the empty "" in ENV PACKAGES with the upstream
version in Dec 2025, so ha_autoapps.sh has been trying to install a
package named after each release. 0.2.6a1 is not resolvable and failed
the build (Error : 0.2.6a1 not found), which reverted the update.
