birdnet-go-dev: rebuild 20261020 after fixing fork PR #60

Upstream main moved to 85beb174f and fork PR #60 (Safari/WebKit live
spectrogram) stopped merging onto it: upstream replaced the per-element
WeakMap source cache with getOrCreateMediaElementSource, leaving a
doc-comment conflict in useSpectrogramAnalyser.svelte.ts. That branch now
has main merged in. merge-prs.sh --check exits 0 for all 11 open non-draft
fork PRs.

In the first, the first-daily-consensus PR no longer merged onto upstream main (`processApprovedDetection` gained a `settings` argument). In the second, the reanalyze PR still imported `internal/audiocore/convert`, which upstream removed; it now decodes with go-audio-dsp. Both PR branches have been updated with main.
